If the water line from the water inlet valve to the ice maker was frozen, you will need to verify if these 2 parts are working correctly as the components of these parts may have been damaged. Hello Guy and thanks for writing. If the refrigerator ice maker is not working the water filter might be clogged. Try changing the water filter. If the ice maker is not working the icemaker mold thermostat might be defective. Inside the control module of the ice maker is a thermostat that monitors the temperature of the ice mold (ice tray). Hello Terry and thank you for writing. Sometimes the switch is stuck due to debris built up, so unplug your unit and wash around the switch with warm soapy water and see if that helps.
