replaced electric control board, defrost for six hours. next day (24 hours) same problem, dusterhoff2928@charter.net

I used a knife blade to slip under the edge of old switch to pray it out of the hole it was inserted into, switched the wires and replaced the new switch into the same hole. It took about five minutes!

I simply removed the old brackets and replaced with the new ones. Can't get any easier than that!

My husband did the replacement of the filter, so it was really easy for me. Easy for him too! The best part was this company had the best price, and the part was here in no time!

Removed the food out of the fresh food door. Removed the top hinge cover, removed the 3 nut screws on top. Lifted the door off of the bottom pin. Set the door to one side. Removed the lower hinge pin with a screw driver and replaced with new product. Lifted door back onto lower hinge pin, secured the top pin hinge with the 3 nut screws, replaced the top hinge cover and placed food back into the door. Done in less than 15 minutes.

Good news/Bad news story. One of your parts view showed the side rails without the drawer rollers another showed the rails with rollers. I ordered the rails expecting that they would come with the rollers attached. They did not so I had to place a second order for two rollers and two screws. As I live in CA, delivery was just a day for first order, but for second I ordered on Sat, delivery was on Tuesday. My complaint was double shipping and handling so total was almost $50.for two very simple items.

First, I removed the water/ice fountain panel - remove the 4 screws and disconnect the panel buttons cable. Second, I removed the panel circuit board - remove the two screws and disconnect the two wire connectors. Third, I pulled the water/ice fountain compartment. Removed the broken rubber pad (actuator pad), and installed the new one -- no tools needed for this step. Finally, I put everything back together. TIP: If the water/ice switch gets stuck, even with the new actuator, find a spring that can fit the switch pin that comes with the actuator. I had that problem, and I simply added a small spring.)

replaced the broken basket stop with new one. took a whole minute to do so!!!!!

Went to PartsSelect. Put in Dishwasher model number. Chose the screws for that model number. Ordered the screws. Can't get any easier than that!

It was a shelf, all we had to do is clean up the mess and replace it.

Replaced actuator pad

I read what other people had done so I tried the easiest solution--Forced, without breaking, the plastic & fit the ring right where it needed to be.

The most time-consuming part was removing the screws. First, remove the 8 screws that attaches the ice bin to the front cover. This will free up the auger enough to pull up the back end where the drive ring is held in place. The ring just pops right out. The only thing I recommend is as long as you have the bin out (and empty), go ahead and give it a good wash. Make sure it is thoroughly dry so that no ice freezes to the moving parts.

Removed screw holding the broken support then using the same screw installed new support. Easy job.

Removed the Crisper drawers and shelf. I then used a nutdriver to remove the broken supports, and installed the new supports using the same screws.
