FFHT1621QB2 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

Replacing new handle was easy and quick.

removed freezer door and installed the new one. This was a pretty easy thing to do, although putting the old handle on the new door was a challenge. No knowing that there is a plastic piece holding the top of the handle i broke the that piece and had to order another one. Mean while the freezer was making alot of frost inside, so that had to be cleaned after the new part came.

Unscrewed old handle.Replaced new handle. 5 minutes tops. Does take a specialized bit. (A Star Bit)

Very easy installation. I took the original screws out of the door, set the new handle in place and screwed it on. Sooooo easy

The part i recieved, from parts select was a larger in circumfrence (<1/4) than the original. However i was not aware of this until after i treid to repair it.

I removed the broken fan from the condenser. This was very sipmle.

When i pluged the refridgerator back in to the outlet the fan tried to start up but soon began to make aloud noise, due to there not being enough clerance.

Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

All you do is snap it on

remove one screw attach new rail....done

Got it replaced and was easy to install

Install the new handle was very easy. These handles are no doubt made very cheap since this is the 3rd one I replaced in 15 years.

removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

Simple replacement. One screw to be tightened

cleared all food items from shelf......took shelf out of refrigerator.....unscrewed one screw from broken rail.......screwed in new rail and replaced shelf and food items.......simple!

The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.

The bulb wasn't the issue so I was hopeful the switch was. utube helped me some, but figuring my model was different than any on utube. Got the switch in and plugged it back in. Moment of truth. Didn't light. Ugggh! Out $50 for switch plus $20 for nut driver set.
