two of the burners were working intermittently
I shut off the breaker checked for power then cut old plugs making sure to allow a little slack. Tightened down wire nuts put on a couple wraps of electrical tape and that was it. Burners work great now I would reccomend this product to anyone with a similar problem.

stove burner no longer would heat up burner element
I removed the burner element, then the drip pan. I took off the old block. Then I had to strip the old wires. Then I put on the heat sleeve, then attached the new wires to the old wires with nuts. Put heat sleeve over this and heated with lighter. Then put everything back together.

agitator would not agitate
The repair took only 20 min from start to finish. First I removed the liquid softener basket then I removed the cap that is below and with a 7/16 socket I removed the bolt that holds the agitator on , pulled the old agitator off and placed the new one on , put he bolt back in then the cap then the liquid softener basket and started a load of laundry vey simple. please note that when placing the new agitator on you must turn it until it falls into place because the shaft that holds the agitator is splined like a gear. and be sure not to over tighten the 7/16 bolt because there is a rubber washer and that is stated in the directions that came with the part
