would not heat up
my wife removed two screws and removed clips with pliers. We ordered part (2 days) it was fast. Installed in less than 5 min. and I only have one arm. We tried to find part locally but with no model # the parts houses could not find it. We found it on your site in less than 10 min. Your graphs and photos made it super easy. Will pass along your site to others. Thanks for being so helpful.

Electronic Clock Assembly quit
It was easy to get apart. I drew out a schematic of where the wires were so I could put them back in the same place. I plugged them all back up and it worked! Only problem was, there was a dead mouse behind the panel! He had not chewed anything, so the unit just went out from age.

the oven did not heat, the lightbulb was burned out and there was a screw missing on the door frame.
I read the online instructions sent in by previous diy'ers. the repairs, esp. the heating element replacement went just as described and went really well. I have used the oven and it works beautifully. Total cost of parts was a little over $60.00. Piece of cake!

Replace lower internal coil in over
Remove screws, remove old coil, place new coil, screw back in. The hardest part of this task is removing the existing screws which are most likely partially corroded and hard to move.

oven heating element
The heating element in our old old oven broke in half. Luckily we were able to find a replacement part (which we didn't think we would that's how old the oven is)! The part arrived within a couple of days, my husband removed the old element (toughest part was getting the two old screws unscrewed) plugged in the new one and he was done. Took about 5 minutes! I turned on the over to test it was connect properly and it started heating up right away! We are VERY happy !! :o)
