Rack falling off.
I followed the video instructions on removing the rack slide end cap to prevent breaking it and it was very easy to remove and replace the broken one. I attached the new rack rollers and voila we were back in business. I was about to order a new dishwasher the night before for $5oo! Thankfully the stores website wasn't working so I couldn't. I decided to look online to find out if it was easy just to replace the parts. Looks like I saved close to $500 just replacing those parts! AWESOME!!!!!Thank you for a user friendly website. It made all the difference")

A rack roller broke into pieces. The top tray didn't slide properly.
Removed the white end of the top track. Pulled off the remnants of the rack roller. Slide the rack roller wheel into the track and popped the other end on the top rack (looked at the other rack rollers to see how it fit.) After that, I put the end back on the track.... Note what is the top and what is the bottom of the track end. Realizing that there is a wider area on the track to slide part of the white track end through to get it on without much effort.

The upper rack rollers were broken
I watched the Part Select video, and it was very helpfull.
But next time I would watch the video before I ordered the parts, and think about other parts that I may break duing the repair.

wheels kept coming off
This is more of a nuisance problem than repair. We have had this excellant dishwasher for years and the last two or so years the wheels kept coming off, my wife would get on me to put them back, after a while she would just lay them on the counter and i would get the message. the reason they kept coming off was because over time the retaining plastic was sprung or broken off. I tried to repair them with glue, tape, etc. nothing worked for long. I am handicapped and couldn't get to the store. I ordered the part from you and got them that same day, my wife and I were amazed. Thank You!!!!!!!!

the latch on the wheel broke
I took it out of the package and snapped it on the drawer and slide it back in the dishwasher. The part cost way to much but it was worth it to continue to use my dishwasher

Top rack roller was binding.
I pried out the slide stops (just twisted the little plastic tab on the stop). Slid the top rack out. Popped four roller assemblies off. Popped four new ones back on. Aligned the top rack with the slides and slid it back in place. Finally, rocked the stops back in place by inserting the bottom first and pivoting the top. Had to use pliers to move the little plastic tab stops into the upper channel. Done. Works like a champ.

one of the rollers was broken away from the rack and when I would pull out the top rack it would sometimes drop downward and the dishes would rattle. I was afraid that it might leave go completely and I would have alot of breakage.
Removed the end tabs from the rack and then removed the rollers one at a time.

Replaced the rollers one at a time , one side at a time, starting with the rear ones. I had to use the pliers to remove one of the rollers ( it was tight) and to dislodge the end cap brackets on the rack.

Replaced the remaining 3 rollers.

Placed the end cap brackets back on the rack and then slid the rack into place.

It works great now!
