We ordered the part for replacement. You sent it and we just put in on the stove. It was exactly what we wanted.

Lefrt Front Burner Quit Working
Removed two nut screws (accessed with oven door open) with nutdriver, panel dropped out. Transferred wiring one-by-one to new switch, removed old switch with allen wrench, installed new switch, replaced panel. Done! However, the problem is not corrected and all other possibilities have been explored with no solution in site. Ideas needed.

Cartridge was old and worn out.
Pulled out the old one, pluged in the new one. It took me longer to open the box! PartSelect made it so easy to order and the shipping was super fast and at low cost. I looked on ebay and saw people paying more (with shipping and handling) for used parts. Thank you PartSelect!

Pulled out old cartridges and installed new. Very easy and they work perfectly.

Install New Vent Cover
Installation was straight forward as the new vent cap was sized correctly for exhaust pipe (5 inch). Placed the mounting plate into the exhaust pipe and used 4 SS screws to anchor to house sheathing. The vent flapper was not flat, requiring that I carefully stress relieve it at 250 degrees and hold it flat while cooling to take warp out. Snapped it in place afterwards and then bolted on cover.

no heating element
I think Part Select is great, but my story? I just plugged in a module.
It was so easy...well...a technical writer--one of those people who writes operation manuals--could have done it. But afterward, they wouldn't have been able to explain to anyone other than another tech writer how it was done.

Broken oven door hinge
My daughter & I followed the instructions in your video and had fun repairing the door. The video showed exactly how to do the repair. I hope I don't need any appliance parts very soon but I will certainly pull up your web site if I do. Thanks for an excellent instruction video.

replacing faulty fan switch
Disable cicuit! remove 2 screws on control housing, lift housing. Remove retaining washers from mounting posts (a trifle difficult, but drill into them with an 1/8" bit...they'll break off enough to grab with needlenose pliers). Mount & wire new switch. The replacement retaining washers are too small...hold them in visegrips & ream the hole with a larger drill bit. Place washer in a magnetic hex drive bit, align over post & tap with hammer to start them, then use a small socket to tap them home. Screw down control housing. Enable circuit...voila!
