Broke ed cap on oven door
Repair was basically simple. Remove 6 screws holding door facing on door, remove one screw holding handle end caps in place. Then reverse the operation installing handle end caps. The problem I had was that the new a end caps had different dimensions than the old ones and the handle wouldn't slip into them. Had to carve away material inside the new caps with an exacto knife in order to fit the handle. The result was a 15 minute job took well over an hour

Door Handle End Cap Broke Off
Dislodged screws to oven door to get to handle assembly. Fairly easy, however, new door handle end caps do not come with screws and the old screws were not a good fit. Almost stripped the old screw trying to get it in place. Strongly suggest that Part Select send replacement screws with handle to facilitate repair. Door handle is back up but is now loose until I can find/secure appropriate replacement screws and repeat the process all over again.

The stove's burner bowls were dirty and old and the chrome was gone where the cooking drippings had collected under the previous owner's usage.
We simply typed in the model of the range and several selections of replacements came up on your website. We ordered the black porcelain ones to replace the old chrome ones, thinking they might hold up better and be easier to clean. They look great and I really think they WILL be easy to wipe up. Thank you, Part Select! Patty in Indiana

left end cap for oven door
First, the order was shipped and delivered immediately. The model number had a wider range to select from and I had to guess which was the better fit. Other then that the new handle installation was a snap. Thank you and we would surely order from your company again.

Left bracket broken on range oven door handle.
Using a torx screwdriver, I removed the old handle bracket. I had to be careful not to lose a metal spacer that went between the back of the door front panel and the back of the inside door panel. With the door in full open position, I was able to hold this spacer in my thumb and fore finger while I removed the screw. The broken portion of the handle bracket fell to the floor. With the old handle removed, I placed the screw through a hole in the inside panel, through the spacer and through a hole in the front panel. While holding the front pull bar in the right handle bracket, I placed the new bracket on the bar holding it in position on the door and attaching the screw. Easy peasy!
