The heat setting numbers were worn off and missing due to cleaning this cover with something abrasive.
Removed the heat setting knobs which then reveal the 4 plastic retainers which are easily unthreaded using a Crescent wrench. Then the overlay panel simply lifts off and the new one placed on and the retainers are threaded back on. It's a very easy fix.

The painting on the front that show what burner front or back burner is coming off how can this be fixed.

Is the red plastic cover for the "burner turned on" light on the control panel for this slide in GE range? In other words this light is the one below the burner control knobs that lights up when the control knob is turned on. The light bulb is still working and the small red plastic cover on the outside of the control panel came off and was lost.
