Washer Damper This is a pump bracket damper for models of LG washing machines. This damper is used to protect the pump within the washer from excessive vibration damage during the washing cycle. If your washing machine is vibrating or making an excessive amount of noise during the cycle, these dampers could be worn out and in need of replacement. This damper is made of rubber and measures approximately 1 inch long and 1 inch wide. Replacing this damper will require you to access the underside of the washer, or wherever the pump location is for your model. This OEM damper is sold individually, and most washers use 2-3 of these dampers for the pump bracket, so consider how many you need before ordering.
