Mice ate the drain hose
Looked under the washer and discovered a hole on the hose. Hardest part was to remove the damaged one. After that it was easy.
Went to the website and looked at the diagram and found the part. Ordered, received on time and put back in place. Unfortunately I discovered that another hose needed to be replaced. So I ordered a new

I already asked a question. Its too bab nobody at your office read it. The only thing i wanted to know- was i supposed to use any type of adhesive on the inside of the hoses? The only thing you told me was the hoses i needed and i already had those. You flunked.
Hello Donald, Thank you for the question. Sorry for the miscommunication. We are not showing as adhesive required for the hose. Hope this helps!

Tub is moving around very freely is this a potential problem in the future ?
For model number Wpgt9350coww
Hi Jim, thank you for reaching out. If your washing machine is shaking violently, the culprit may be inside: check if the washer is overloaded or if a bulky item is causing it to become unbalanced. If all is well on the inside, it’s also possible that the washer is unlevel or unbalanced due to improper installation or uneven floors. Check that all four legs are in contact with the floor. The leg, part number PS960587, is compatible with your model. We hope this helps!
