Had the circuit board replaced. Make things worse. Found out that it was not a new circuit board, it was reconditioned. Are your circuit boards new or rebuilt?

In an earlier conversation this a.M. I was told that my part was #ps9606529. Will the new part allow me to select different oven heating settings like conventional baking, broil, etc. Currently, it only allows me to heat things on broil. The other push keys don’t allow me to select them. Will the new control board allow me to use all the function keys?

We recently experienced a power surge that damaged our Samsung 5 burner stove referenced above. The touchpad does not work,. It does light the clock/timer only momentarily when the appliance is unplugged and then plugged back in. All of the 5 burners on the stove ignite and work as they should. Do you suspect the problem is on the main circuit board, or some other item within the appliance? Do you accept returns if i purchase the board and it is not the problem?

Hello James, Thank you for the question. With a power sure the most likley issue is the Main PCB Control Board, PartSelect Number PS9606529. It is known to burn out during a power surge. Hope this helps!

After the self clean on my range my control panel shows se. I did what was suggested in the trouble shooting guide but still nothing. Will this part fix my range?

Hello Kristina, Thank you for your inquiry. The SE error code on a range indicates a defective key on the control panel. If you've already checked with wire harness, check the control panel assembly and membrane switch (touchpad) first. You can test it with a multi-meter. Good luck with your repair.

We replaced motherboard and oven heating element The broiler and everything works except the oven will not heat. There isn’t any electricity going to the igniter. What needs to be done???
