This authentic OEM air filter assembly includes a pleated paper air filter and a foam pre-filter. It is located in the air cleaner housing of your lawn equipment. Its purpose is to filter out dust and debris, ensuring that the engine receives clean air for efficient fuel combustion. If your filter is clogged or torn, it is necessary to replace it. A clogged or damaged filter can cause difficulties when starting your machine. It can also lead to increased fuel consumption, costly repairs, and potential engine failure. To replace the filter, locate the air cleaner housing, remove the cover by pressing the push tab and lifting it up, then take off the air filter from its base. This assembly is sold individually.
