The control panel came in new condition, packaged with a separate item. It was OEM, fit perfectly as ne eady to install. Item was labelled as "in stock", however it took over 3 weeks to be shipped because I ordered a separate item which was on back order. The website says most items received in 1-3 days when in stock. They don't mention that they hold all items and ship only a complete order. Once the last item was filled customer service said the items would be shipped in 1 business day. It took another 6 business days to ship by ground.

The display on the door lights up with washing under it drying, in the middle er, to the right of that, clean, and under it s. When i disconnect the power and leave it off for a hour, it starts and runs for a short time. Then it stops and the display lights up as above. What do i have to do to fix this machine?

Can't start it i can make all other control panel buttons work but not start yesterday after replacing the lower door gasket i had to hit the start button multiple times to get it to run

My control panel is flashing ERS. Not sure what the issue is, but thinking I might have a stuck button, but not sure. Can you tell me if this is the issue?

I just received a soap dispenser from you and it still not working , i think a control panel , can i return the part and does the control panel come with a handle , mine is black

The control panel does not include the handle. We are showing that the control panel console and touchpad is black, but the handle for this model is only available in stainless steel.
