The entire bottom shelving/units are missing from my freezer after a move. It is just the ice drawer, the whole bottom unit and the upper right basket/shelf of the freezer part. I want to know if this particular part includes the divider and all parts that are encompassed in the photo that is drawn with the #500 parts. How long is delivery if i order today?

To clarify my previous email, i am asking if parts 512. 513, 514 and 108 are included when i order part #500 (the entire basket assembly) for the freezer.
