i need part 247 , but i just need the retainer bar on top of the shelf. do i have to buy the whole part or can i just get the bar?

I am needing the top bin for RH Fridge door per this I need 246,248 and 249. Anyway to get this? It is supposed to be a Dairy Bin. Having a hard time confirming.
