My oven both the convection and the conventional ovens are not heating up. You enter the temperature you would like and it doesn't heat up simply displays 100 degrees. The repairman came and said it is the motherboard. Could it possibly be that or something else? Also do you sell that part and how easy is it to replace?

I am having the same issue of not being able to use my touchscreen. It seems as if the buttons don’t respond to touch at all except for the clear button which beeps. I was just wondering the level of difficulty of replacing this part? I’ve had to change the igniter twice and the oven thermostat recently.

Hi Steven, thank you for your inquiry. The glass and touch board assembly, part number PS6883565, is not difficult to replace. You can replace it yourself. First, remove all the knobs from the panel and the knob's dial skirt screws. After that, remove the manifold panel screws and remove it. Then you can replace the glass & touch board assembly. Glad to be of help!
