Top shelf broke and bottom door shelf broke
Just put bottom. Door shelf in and slide top shelf back in
Slid it in place. Waiting patiently for lower shelf that holds vegetable bins. We have duct taped the broken one together and it is holding for now. We would like an update on expected delivery date.

my fridge was missing shelfs
i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days aft

Is it possible to get the frame for sliding the meat drawer without buying a whole spill safe shelf. The slide frame broke but the rest of the shelf is ok.

How do i take apart 24a (spill safe shelf) to clean it--somehow they managef to spill something that seeped underneath the center portion of the frame and the glass.Thanks,

Hello Wendy and thanks for writing.
The spill safe shelf has 2 parts to it. The frame and the glass insert. The Glass just sits in the frame. The best way to get this out is to take the underneath drawers out then lift up the glass by pushing carefully from underneath. Sometimes it will stick a bit due to the spill, in that case hold on to the frame with one hand and push upwards from underneath with your other hand against the glass. We hope this helps. I have a glass shelf spill safe, sliding and it has strips attached to the bottom so that my sliding bin drawer fits there, but when I look at 240358915 it says that it is fixed, but it looks just like my shelf, if you look at 240358914, it says that it is sliding but does look my shelf, because it does not have that little center piece in the glass....so confused!

I just need the frame for the glass shelf

The frame for the upper 2 shelves does not come separately, and it comes in an assembly, including the glass. These 2 shelves have the same part number PS5574066.
