The drum inside the washer is loose and causing water to drain underneath. Can you help?

Thanks for your question. Check the bearings for the drum along with the dampers and see if they are intact - you may also want to test the drain pump with a multimeter for continuity and replace it if it shows no continuity.

Washing machine will slow spin for about a minute but not drain water and stops spinning after less than a minute

Hello Terri, thank you for inquiring. Replacing the Door Lock part PS12072637 for your model should fix both issues. You may also want to consider the Clutch part PS4276400 for the machine not spinning and the Drain Pump part PS4204941 for the machine not draining. We hope this helps.

Hot and cold hose hooked up; when the cold water is turned on , water leaking out the back below the water hose-been cold---possible cracked?
