Over fills machine, water shut not shut off
For model number WA45H7000AW
Hello Chris, thank you for writing. It could be a defective Water Inlet Valve. Try shutting off power to the washer while the machine is filling with water. If the washer continues to fill with water even when it is not getting power, this indicates that the water inlet valve is defective. If the water inlet valve is defective, replace it. I hope this helps.

Washer overfills, water does not shut off. I checked the water inlet valve and it is working. Tested by unplugging machine during fill and it worked each time.

Hello Chris, Thank you for the question. This sounds like it could be a defective Pressure Switch. We suggest removing the Hose from the switch to check for a blockage or build up and clean in necessary. If the hose is clear, you can test the switch with a multi meter. The 2 outside pins should read around 21 ohms and the center to outside should read infinity. We hope this helps.
Hello Earl, Thank you for the question. Normally this would indicate the Control Board is not proceeding through the Cycles properly and the board may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
The hose leaks around the part that shoots water into the tub and both the clamp there and the clamp from the valve assembly are rusty. Either the hose is bad or the plastic fitting into the tub is bad. Hep me please!

Hello John, Thank you for your inquiry. The water goes from the water inlet valve into the dispenser and then into the tube. The hose is part# PS4212706. You may also have a damaged water inlet valve part# PS4220862. Hope this helps.
Throws the code EU during the spin cycle. When it's trying to spin, it makes alot of clanking and loud noise. While the spin is completely off balance. Doesnt matter if super small load

Hi Allison, thank you for contacting us. When a UE error message is displayed on the washing machine, it is indicating that the laundry load is unbalanced and has stopped the spin for safety reasons. It is vital to ensure that the load is evenly balanced when using a spin cycle. Redistribute washing by adding or removing items to ensure a more balanced load. Single large or heavy items such as bath mats or large towels are unlikely to spin on their own, so add two or three additional towels and put on another spin cycle. If that does not help, we would recommend checking these parts: damper assembly, part number PS4276369, and leveling leg, part number PS4206427. We look forward to hearing from you if you need assistance with placing an order through our 7-days-a-week customer service. We hope this helps!
Tipped the washer up on a couple of chairs. Pulled the motor apart in three pieces and replaced the Hall Sensor. Error code lead me right to the problem and solution.
Squeezed clamp with fingers to remove old drain hose. Put clamp on new replacement hose and slid over drain pipe and released clamp. Less than a minute. Hose was exact replacement part.
