Tested to make sure power at the outlet, there is, i'm an electrician. The unit will not turn on. Has worked great since we purchased it. Keypad is not lighting up and light inside the microwave not going on either. What is the most probable cause and what parts would i need?

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your inquiry. If the microwave is not coming on, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue.
