Can you tell me why my fridge is not providing ice; does it need to be replaced? Please answer my question, i’m not interested in buying the product,

Hi Evelyn, thank you for your question. There are two parts that you should check for this issue. The first part to test would be your water inlet valve. The valve has two solenoids that control either the dispenser or the ice maker. Even if your dispenser is working the ice maker solenoid may not be and vise versa. The valve can be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 500 - 1500 ohms of resistance. If that part is testing correctly then you should look into your ice maker being the issue. the touch screen does not work it turns on but there is not way to select any functions of the fridge

Hi George, thank you for reaching out to us. First check if the red switch at the top of the door is toggled. If it is, power off your refrigerator for 4-5 minutes which will reset the panel if it has no issues. If this does not help, we would recommend replacing the touch panel with compatible part number PS4176480. We hope this helps!
