Water filter rotates but won't come down off connection any ideas?

Hello George, thank you for getting in touch. Try to remove the filter by rotating it counterclockwise and pulling straight out, potentially with a slight wiggle to release any mineral deposits. If it's still stuck, you may need to try applying slightly more pressure with a cloth for grip, or warm the filter area to loosen deposits, but avoid forcing it to prevent damage. We hope this helps.
Removed handles on Refrigerator and Freezer Door by forcing handles up by pushing in and lifting them up. Unscrewed Phillips screws holding handle mounts to the handles. Placed handle assemblies over the door mounts and slid them down to lock in place.
