I ordered part 13-2 on this page and it is correct, however it did not come with the allen screw fastener that secures the handle to the door through this white plastic piece. Can you tell me how to order the allen fastener please?

The freezer handle pulled out of the door on the left side. The plastic attached to it is cracked. I have the part number for the right side (ps4145253) but is the part number for the left side?
For model number RF28HFEDTSR
Hello Jamie,
Thanks for your question. The part number for the left-side handle support is PS4145248.
I hope this helps.
I am looking for the part on the freezer handle that attaches to the actual door itself. There is a white piece inside of the handle that i believe attaches to a metallic (silver colored) piece that moves in a hinge like fashion. The metallic colored plastic piece is broken leaving the handle detached. It looks like it may be 18 in the diagram, however 13-1 may also be the part. Can you clarify which one is the silver colored plastic piece and which one is white? If you can give me the correct part numbers for each i will order both to be sure. Thank you very much.-john

Hello John, thank you for writing. This Freezer Handle Support part PS4145253 for your model is a white plastic piece with a hole in the center that is for the right side end of the Freezer Door Handle part PS4176693. The equivalent piece for the left side is part PS4145248. The silver colored piece you are referring to is the Handle End Cap part PS4158776 for your model. It is the same part on both sides but the part is sold individually. We hope this answers your question.

I am looking for the pieces in the freezer door front to which the handle attaches. I do not need the plastic pieces that insert into the ends of the handles. I need the "eye-ball-looking" mounts on the freezer door (see diagram # 4) to which the handle attaches. On this model in silver, they are grey. What are the part numbers for those mounts that are in the freezer door front?
For model number RF263BEAESR/AA-07
Hi Cheryl, thank you for your question. Those parts are not offered separately from the freezer door. So if you need to replace those parts you have to replace the door. I have linked the part below for you. Good luck with your repair.
What is the part # for the cap handle on the freezer door (left side)?

The right side mount of my freezer door has broken. I see others have had this issue, several of them have model rf323tedbsr but i wasn’t sure if the aa on the end of my model made a difference.

Hi Paula,
Thank you for your question. The AA's on are important to help you find the correct parts and the part you have referenced in your question to us would be the correct part for your refrigerator. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I would like to confirm that the grey plastic piece that sits inside the freezer door is this piece. I have the handle itself, undamaged. If it is the same piece, how does it get installed since there does not seem to be access?
For model number RF31FMESBSR
Hi Amanda,
Thank you for your question. This part is white in color. There is a grey colored part that would sit in the door. The part number for both the reinforced cap handle is PS4145106. This part would be for both the left and the right side. To access the reinforced cap handle, you will need to remove the handle assembly. Before you begin any repair please unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet. Then open the freezer door. To access the part, you will need to remove the end caps from the top of the freezer door. Lift up on the end caps to release them and set them aside. Next use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 2 screws that hold the retainers. Use a flat head screwdriver to get behind the retainers and push it out a bit. Once you have done this, you can use a pair of needle nose pliers to remove them. Once you have removed them, set them aside. Then take a flathead screwdriver and push the plunger in. Once you have it all the way in, lift up on the hinge assembly to remove it from the door so you can access the cap handle. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day.

Part worked as expected
Part was as expected and door handle is back in working order. Of course if part had been metal in the first place it would not have broken. Guess those days are gone

Easy Repair, Great Part. Just what I needed
Since my kids stepped on the handle to grab something out of the fridge, this little piece broke in half. They shipped the part fairly quickly and it arrived on-time.
