My ice maker isn’t making ice. What could be the cause?

Hi Kathy, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most likely with the water filter, part number PS10063209, and you may need to replace it. Before replacing it, we would suggest checking the water inlet valve for continuity to make sure it is working properly. We hope that helps!
