What part do I need to fix this problem. The ovens don't heat to proper temp.and don't maintain proper temperature ie: you set over fox 425 it may heat to 400 and then drop even lover once food is put in. Thank you

Hello Kurt, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the temperature sensor, part number PS11732697. It measures the oven temperature. It also allows the oven to maintain the set temperature by sensing the temperature and sending the information to the control board. We would suggest replacing it to solve the problem.
