Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
This refrigerator door hinge bushing is a durable white plastic component that provides a smooth pivot point for the hinge pin, helping keep the door properly aligned and sealed. It is commonly used to correct doors that sag, make noise, or are difficult to open or close due to a worn or damaged bushing. The bushing installs at the door hinge pivot point and typically requires removing the hinge bracket with a 10?mm socket. Color is white, and size and dimensions may vary by refrigerator model.

I replaced the bushing for my fridge, but it still does not close correctly and rubs against freezer each time
For model number LDC22720ST
Hello Ralph , Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Center Hinge, PartSelect Number PS3523547. Make sure it is not damaged or bent. Hope this helps!
Where foes this bushing go? Should I buy two, one for the top and one the bottom? Are they the same piece?
For model number LDNS22220W
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your question. The bushing is placed at the bottom of both the fresh food and freezer doors along with the door stop. We hope this helps!
