Very simple installation
The shelf was perfect however on the questions and answers for the part it stated I would need a new bracket and that is incorrect the oem support bracket worked perfectly and I’m stuck with the new one because it’s going to be as much to ship it back at my expense including the time to go to usps or ups so I’d suggest not ordering it and if the bracket originally supplied with your LG fridge does not fit properly then order the new part

The shelf that holds the crisper drawers had cracked and finally broken.
Bought a new shelf. Bought a center support (new), Put the new center support in the shelf. Removed glass, old shelf and drawers. Replaced the broken shelf by hooking the new one in to existing supports. Replaced glass. Replaced drawers.

Shelf keeps cracking
Remove the 2 drawers. Slide out shelf, remove glass top, remove old support . Slide in new support, slide in shelf, put draws back in & finished.
