The part you sent snapped right in but the glass top of mine was a bit too big...it's on anyway with a little overlap But the paper inside package said it was a SUBSTITUTE PART.

In the description it says it will not work with old support and a new support is required but does not provide the part number for the new support and how many. What is the new part number for the new required new support?

Hi,
Our fridge (model identified above) is no longer available. is the optibin crisper (part 355ijj100sx, partselect number ps3561028) comptabile with with our fridge? it looks exactly the same, but i do not see the dimensions. the dimensions of the part we now have is approx. 19 inches x 25 inches.
