Can i replace the black panel with a stainless steel one?

Does this include the top panel where all the controls are located ?If not what is this top control panel called or what is part number ?

The pictures of the front panel ps3418314 shows two views. The view on the right looks total black and the view on the left one looks like a center area that is different. Which is what the exterior surface looks like.

Hello Roy, thank you for your question. The view on the left is of the backside of the outer panel. It has a piece of black packing material in the center on the part. The view on the right is all black as depicted. We apologize for the confusion. We hope this helps.

My dishwasher drips water by the door. I changed the door gasket and still drips what else is there to do.?

Thank you for your question. After checking the dishwasher door seal gasket, check for a leaking water inlet valve, faulty water pump, bad pump seal, broken float switch, stuck float, damaged water line, or loose water line. These parts can leak and make it seem like the dishwasher is leaking from the door. Hope this helps!
