My Jenn Air has started broiling everything in the oven. The Jenn Air recommended repair service came out, looked at the oven and said I need a new control panel. Now they are telling me it is out of stock and seem to be content with that answer. I find what appears to be the control panel in stock on your site. Does this sound like the part needed to repair my oven? Thanks.

the only thing working is the stovetop, no oven, no fan , clock nothing, was told it couldn't be fixed. i think it needs new control panel or circuit board, please advise, thank you
