How do you replace the filter
For model number Jnm1541dm5ww
Hello Connie, thank you for your question. You would first have to remove the top vent of the unit. There should be two screws that hold the top vent to the top of the microwave. Once that top vent is removed the filter should be visible. You pull the old one out, and slide the new one up and sit it on an angle. I hope this helps!

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for the question. I suggest checking the Stirrer Fan Cover,PartSelect Number PS1480811 for damaged or wear. The stirrer fan cover in your microwave can be found on the roof of the microwave. Occasionally, the stirrer fan cover can melt, and become damaged. If you smell burning and odd noise from your microwave or notice damage, the fan cover should be replaced. Hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
