On the example given elsewhere on this site, you give 1. Won't start; 2. Won't rotate; and 3. Won't heat.
I have two of the three, won't heat or rotate.
If one of the parts affects two of the three, would you call it that part? The part is the Primary interlock door switch.
Hello Rodger, thank you for reaching out to PartSelect. If any of the door switches fail, the microwave will not start or heat. To determine if any of the door switches are defective, use a multimeter to test each of the switches for continuity. If any of the door switches do not have continuity, replace it. Your model has 3 door switches. The door switch, part number PS2370055, is two in quantity, one on the top and one on the bottom. The door switch, part number PS2370056, is located in the middle of the latch board. We hope this information is useful!

Microwave is dead. Outlet works. Replaced 20 amp fuse. Still dead. What next?
Hello Bob, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the door switches using a multimeter, if they are fine, you will need to replace the thermostat, part number PS2370190. Good luck with your repair!
our GE microwave went completely dead, no lights even as if not having power or connected, but the outlet it's plugged in does HAVE power, other appliances work with that outlet.

I broke the tray glass in the microwave cleaning it so this was a no brainer. The best part of this was the PartSelect experience. I ordered the part on the 30th of December and received it on 3 Jan!!! I have used PartSelect before for fridge repair and had the same experience.

I followed the generic trouble shooting directions on the web site. It suggested either diode, capacitor and/or magnetron. I test each. All tested OK except diode. It was supposed to measure open in one direction and appox 200k ohms in the other direction. My diode measured open in both directions (tried multiple times, multiple sett
