When using the dual element feature, the small element works like it should. The large element comes on for a few seconds then ceases to operate. Then turning the unit off and back on, the large outside element will not heat at all. After allowing the unit to rest for a few minutes the same operation is repeated. The small unity works as it should but the outside unit works only a few seconds then ceases to operate at all.

The largest element when turned on stays on the hottest setting. Do we need to replace the element or something
