Quick & Easy Fix
Purchased burner size switch. Paid extra to get overnight since old one sparked & emitted smoke. Product arrived on time the next day. It was very easy to remove old one & insert new one. I am very happy with the entire experience.

the burner size switch did not function
Removed two screws from the front, two on the back of the control panel. Open the control panel while all the wire were still connected. Disconnected two wires from the old switch. Pull the old switch out. Push the new one into the same opening. Connected two wires to the switch. It is easy and fast.

The small burner on my front dual burner isn't turning on when I flip the rocker switch, could the problem be the switch or the burner
For model number JB710WH2WW
Hi Cheryl, Thank you for the question. If the switch works when it is set to heat the large part of the element then I suggest replacing the element its self as the small part may be burnt out. Hope this helps!

Is wb24t10167 a duel element switch or light switch?
For model number Jb680dp1ww
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. This part would be the light switch. The part number listed under your model number for the dual element infinite switch is PS236780. If you would like to place an order for it, you may order it either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope this helps!
