The ice ejector will not drop down to allow the ice to form.

Hello Robert, Thank you for your inquiry. If the ice maker is not making ice, it could be either the ice maker itself or the water inlet valve. If the ice maker is making ice but not dropping it into the ice bucket, then it could still be an issue with the ice maker. If the ice is not going into the bucket, then check for any frozen ice clogs and check the auger motor. Good luck with your repair.
Does the Motor BOX ASSY-ICE TII W11678273 Ice Maker have the ICE Tray Motor in the top of the Assy BOX? It does not show it in the parts break down but I'm assuming it comes with the ICE Tray motor Assy also?

Hi , our ice maker is dripping water out of the opening where the ice comes out of . It appears that the cube tray tilts as it fills with water which then goes to the bottom of the basket and leaks out of the ice chute .

Hello Jeff, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest replacing the ice maker assembly, part number PS11738120. The internal timing motor or mounting tabs have likely failed, causing the tray to stay tilted and spill water during the fill cycle. We hope this solves your problem!
