The dispenser is emptying all of the dish drying fluid out of the reservoir each time I use it. What is causing this to happen?

Why do I get odor in dishwasher?

Food particles get trapped in your dishwasher’s filter, and without regular cleaning, your filter can start smelling foul. Clogged filters can also recirculate dirty water, causing your dishwasher to not clean properly. You may need to replace the drain filter, part number PS12071530, to fix the issue. My detergent dispenser is not dispensing the detergent during the cycle. We have to set a timer and open the to manually open the door so our dishes will get washed. I’m an electrician so I pulled the dispenser assembly out and tested the continuity of the dispenser. It reads at 13ohms of resistance. I can’t find the tech sheet anywhere that will tell me what reading I’m supposed to be getting. Can someone help me find that or help me know if the dispenser itself is bad or is it the control board?

Do I have to buy a whole new dispenser or can I buy just the dispenser lid? It has come off the soap dispenser

Soap dispenser lid will not stay closed

when i put liquid detergent in the dispenser it becomes hard like a rock in soap dispenser after a wash and there is always soap residue inside after a wash and it does not wash my dishes and dry properly

I had asked if the soap dispenser just snaps out to replace and you replied that it does. Will it require wiring underneath. . . . . or just snapping the new dispenser back in?

Hi Brenda, Thank you for writing. With dishwasher unplugged from the outlet, you will need to remove the front door panel. It can be removed by taking out the screws holding it to the inner panel. The wire connectors of the dispenser would be removed and the mounting screws are taken out of the dispenser to be replaced. We hope this helps with the repair!
