My dish washer is stuck on delay and never completes washing the dishes
For model number EI24ID30QS3B
Hello Theresa, thank you for contacting us. Please perform a hard reset on the dishwasher by unplugging it for 10 minutes and then restarting it. If this does not help, we would recommend checking the control board, part number PS12585715. It is the most probable culprit and it manages the functions of the dishwasher such as washing, draining, and drying. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
