Open door and heard a sound like a broken spring - door no longer pulls up - what part do I need?

Hello Dave, thank you for writing in. Yes, the Spring and Cable set PS16620843 you had chosen is compatible with your model. Each Set has one spring and one cable. There is also the hinges but they do not have springs. The Right Hinge is PS2379428 and the Left Hinge is PS2379435. We are pleased to have been able to help.
