Is this the thermostat .. my lights are not coming on the 3 lil lights and it stop freezing

Hello Rebecca, thank you for contacting us. The part you mentioned is the control box which houses the temperature controls of the freezer. It is a possible culprit. We would also recommend checking the temperature sensor, part number PS11753994, and the run capacitor, part number PS11753490. Will the controller part# w11496873 initiate defrost?

We have researched and found that your model is a frost-free upright freezer. The frost-free freezers have a built in technology to defrost automatically after a specific period so that ice accumulation can be prevented. We hope this information helps!

My freezer stays cold (0 degrees) top, middle, and bottom of the freezer but condenser does not shut off. Door seal is good. The control does not work properly. When pushing the on/off button, it may or not turn off or on. Very intermittent. Is the control module potentially bad?
