A slow drip from the pump area.
Replaced floating seal. Un plugged and Pulled washer out from the counter and laid on its left side. Pull pump out of seal by hand. Straight screwdriver to lever seal out of fitting. Clean hole and wipe seal then push into hole. Reinsert pump reverse install. To make it easier I previously extended the water supply hose to nearly 8

Dishwasher is only 1 year old. We get Ld error and it cuts off. I have pulled it out and nothing is in the line. We had a glass break in the machine about two months ago. I thought it may have gotten in the line. Still Ld message.

Hello Gary, thank you for contacting us. The Ld error code indicates that the board is sensing some problems in the drainage system. It is quite possible that the water has overflowed to the base pan or leak pan. We would recommend tipping forward the dishwasher at a 45-degree angle to drain the water out of the base pan. Also, clean the filters and check the drain pump, part number PS12743166. If this does not help, the issue is most probably related to the control board, part number PS16542474.
