The regulator was cracked by the installer
Watched a you tube video a couple times, then put the asembly back where it belonged. Used tape & goop to seal the gas line, turned valve on. Plugged stove in so igniters would work and tada, we have fire. I have been cooking meals with it ever since.

does this fix the issue of the ignitor glows but the oven does not light up

Hi Michae, thank you for reaching out. When you see the igniter glowing and the oven not lighting, you can suspect that the igniter is not heating enough to allow the current to flow freely to the safety gas valve. In this situation, you will probably need to replace the igniter, part number PS231280, even though it glows. We hope this is helpful!
