Sample Model Number Tags
Model numbers can be made up of numbers (1005400, for example) or a combination of letters and numbers (LAT1000AAE). The model number will most likely appear on either a paper sticker or a metal plate. Your appliance's model number tag may look similar to the sample model number tags shown here (model number highlighted in yellow):
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Simply put, this means that the company who made your appliance is also supplying the replacement part for it.

Easy to replace. Half hour.
Part was in good condition. Unfortunately it was not the part that was faulty. It appears that the water valve was faulty. It will be necessary to pull that refrigerator out to get a part number.

The water supply line within the freezer door (supplying the cup dispenser) keeps freezing. The freezer set point is 4 deg. Is there a way to stop this from happening
For model number PSS26MSWA SS
Hello Dan, thank you for inquiring. This may be due to a faulty Temperature Sensor, part number PS304103, or Defrost Heater and Bracket Assembly, part number PS303781 for your model refrigerator making it too cold. Good luck with your repair!
