Fabric Softener Dispenser 8575076A

Popped of lid on agitator and stuck the dispenser in. Fit perfect, works like it should. Thank you for getting me the right size part!

My washer is an Amana He, but the part is made by Whirlpool, I think. I just set the new part on the middle agitator in the washer and pushed it firmly down and it snapped into place. It was amazingly EASY!!!!!!!

Had to clean out area where bolt was to go as it was full of debris. Placed agitator on, bolted on , placed softener dispenser on. Done

Cleaned inners of the dispenser and snapped on new part

The old part popped right off, and new one installed. Works Great!!!

Pushed the new one into place. No tools, no fuss and very little swearing involved. Clogg was caused by erroneously pouring the liquid detergent into the very handy opening reserved for fabric softener. I'd love to say my wife did that, but.... no, it was me. NOW, the real story. Pretty simple, I removed one of the screws that holds the agitator, pulled it up completely and put the new one in. Took me 5 minutes to do so.

take off top on middle section (pops off) pop dispenser on--done

the first order was ordered wrong for me and the part was to big so I had to send it back and order another. The second dispenser was the right one and went on well to the machine. Just had to put it on the machine by hand.
