My cooktop stove hot surface sign stays on all the time now and also in a first raw one if my big burner is nit heating up right it goes off and on so what it could be ?
For model number Pp945bm3bb
Hello Rasila, Thank you for your inquiry. It sounds like it could be a faulty burner element, or one of the control boards (main or relay). There could be an issue with the wiring as well. Check the wires for any visible damage or wear and tear. You can test the elements and control boards with a multimeter. Hope this helps!

I’m experiencing a rapid clicking noise. When this happens all burners loose power then restart. Will this part correct the problem PP945BM1BB ?
For model number P945BOM1BB
Hello Phil, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the relay board you mentioned. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Glad to be of assistance!

Hi,
On my cooktop the front right burner (The large triple burner) goes to high temp regardless of what setting it is on. It will still switch from six inch to nine inch to twelve inch and all three go to high temp.
The other three burners are functioning as normal.
For model number PP945SM3SS
Hello Jimi, Thank you for contacting us. This is usually caused by an issue with the switch (which for this model is part of the control board part# PS1481206), an issue with the element or the associated wiring. Good luck with your repair.
One burner won’t shut off when it’s on no matter what temp setting it’s on (1,2,3,etc) full. Burner was just replaced and the issue remains so it’s not the burner. Could it be the so called daughter relay board (wb27t10893)?
For model number Pp945bm3bb
Hi Jason, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, we would recommend checking the glass main top assembly, part number PS1481751, and the relay board, part number PS1481206. The glass main top assembly houses the control panel which controls the temperature of the burners. If it is faulty then the burners will heat without any temperature control. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
