Does BOARD ASSEMBLY 5304523183 control door open code E41, switch is good.

My dryer stopped working after three power outages back to back. The washer is working fine but no power is coming to the dryer board no lights no beeps no diagnostic nothing dead. I removed the boards to examine them and saw a tiny overheated spot on the washer board main chip all other components look fine. Will changing the washer board fix the dryer side seeing that the dryer board is getting power from the washer board? Or are there protection diodes I have to check.
