The controls seem to be flaky. Sometimes it chimes randomly during the cycle and then shows no code. Other times it doesn't complete a cycle. It also doesn't always start after a cycle is initiated.
Was thinking this is the part to be replaced vs the the front control. Am I right...or??
Thanks in advance.

Hi David, thank you for the question. Yes, the issue is most probably because of the fault in the control board, part number PS12711819. It manages the washer's functions, such as filling, washing, draining, and spinning. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

The machine only runs on two cycles. It runs on “Regular/Heavy Duty” and “Clean”. While holding the start button down on all other settings result in the machine counting down to “1” and then going no farther. The door does not lock and the “add garment” icon is lit. I have cleaned the coin trap and checked for other obstructions and found none.
