The part was in wonderful, brand new condition as was exactly what we were hoping for!

The most difficult part of the task was to get the dishwasher out from under the counter. Not much room to work with between the floor and the water fitting. Part was well protected in a box and it was in excellent condition—no complaints at all. However, i think my real problem pertains to the inner door. I seems that the top of the inner door has a bend. Didn’t notice that until after pulling apart the door and trying to make the Bezel & CVR fit—UGH. Video shows the Bezel & CVR snapping right in. Not so for me. After wrestling with this part of the task, i noticed all of the tabs were steered. I used a few words that my wife didn’t know i had in my vocabulary and i think that some of those may have been made up by me as frustrations arrived. I will be ordering another one of these since all of the tabs broke off while trying to install. I will also be ordering the inner door.

The part I received was just like the original bezel. It would be helpful if instructions were included or a website location with instructions.

The purchase was easy and the operator was pleasant. When the part arrived I had a Technician from a local appliance repair facility come to install the part. The Technician carefully worked for over an hour to install the part. This part may have been defective preventing proper install. The plastic clips would not clip into place and after many attempts one of clips broke off. The cover has been installed but because of the broken clip it is not is not clipped in place and is loose. The Technician said that since I ordered the part he cannot warrantee it and he will have to order a replacement part and return to install it. I will now have to pay for another part and I think that a REFUND of my purchase price would be appreciated. Thank you for your consideration to this matter. Respectfully Steve V.

appliance is less than 4 years old and already falling apart. Ordered replacement console cover that should just snap on. Did not work. Now we have to pay for expensive repair person to come to our house! Also, handle is coming off microwave that was purchased at the same time! These were not discounted or cheap appliances. Will never buy GE again!
