Ice tray full of ice, but the auger will not turn to dispense cubes or crushed ice. Frig dispenses ice water normally. I removed ice tray and auger in the tray operates normally. Conducted a "reset" on the ice maker, it did not correct problem. Is my problem the "ice maker" or the auger motor assemble?
