Both front large dual burners work on high only, when turned on any other settings such as low medium...etc cooks on high. What part would I need?

Hello Barry, thank you for your question. When this happens, it is usually because the infinite switch, the part that controls the flow of electricity to the coil, is malfunctioning. We show on your model, there are two switches. One is the larger of the two PS11729102( 9 inch) and then the Smaller one PS236754 (5.5 inches).
